엘렉시(대표 서장원)는 신경망 방식으로 데이터스트림을 실시간 모니터링하며 `이상 패턴`을 탐지하는 솔루션 `필로-AD(Philo-AD)`를 선보였다. 딥러닝 기반 신경망 방식과 규칙기반 방식을 통합해 기존 이상패턴 감지 솔루션과 차별화했다.
엘렉시(대표 서장원)는 딥러닝 기반 신경망 방식으로 이상(異狀) 패턴을 탐지하는 솔루션 'PHILO-AD'을 내놨다.
PHILO-AD는 신경망 방식과 규칙기반 방식을 통합 적용했다. 기존 이상 패턴 감지 솔루션은 규칙기반 시스템을 적용했다. 문제 영역에 적합한 규칙을 생성하는 사전작업에 오랜시간이 소요됐다. 제품은 딥러닝 기반 심층 신경망 방식을 앞단에 적용했다. 프로그래밍을 하지 않아도 스스로 모델링해 실시간 이상 패턴을 감지한다. 이후 규칙기반 방식 'HBKS(Hierarchical Behavioral Knowledge Space)'를 적용해 탐지한 이상 패턴을 저장하고 원인도 함께 파악한다. 원인에 대한 규칙을 생성한다.
자동 학습으로 고객 환경에서 실시간으로 생성되는 데이터셋을 수집한 후 학습을 진행한다. 최신 변화요소가 반영된 모델을 생성한다. 생성된 모델은 자체 테스트 알고리즘을 통해 결과를 보고한다. 대시보드에서 학습 데이터셋 분포 그래프로 사용자가 생성한 데이터 분포를 시각적으로 표현한다. 학습 진행상황과 테스트 결과를 감시한다. 이상패턴 결과를 분석한 그래프도 제공한다. 검출 결과 원인을 통계학적 분석을 통해 설명한다.
엘렉시는 PHILO-AD가 특정 시스템에 기반한 솔루션이 아니기 때문에 다양한 분야에 맞춤 적용하는 것이 장점이라고 설명했다. 신용카드 불법 사용, 계좌 입출금 모니터링이 필요한 금융업체나 네트워크 침입 방지·문서 보안 솔루션을 공급하는 보안솔루션, 스마트 공장을 도입하는 제조업체 등에 적용 가능하다.

“규칙기반 방식이 적용된 기존 이상패턴 감지 솔루션은 문제 영역에 적합한 규칙을 생성하기 위해 많은 시간과 비용이 소요됐습니다. 규칙을 생성해 이상패턴 탐지에 적용해도 예외가 많아 솔루션 적용이 현실적으로 어려웠습니다.”
엘렉시는 기존 이상패턴 감지 솔루션 단점을 해결하기 위해 인공지능 기반 신경망 방식과 규칙기반 방식을 결합했다. 데이터 학습 이후 이어지는 실시간 데이터 분석으로 이상패턴 감지 성능을 끌어올렸다.
특정 시스템에 기반을 두지 않았기 때문에 다양한 분야에 맞춤 적용 가능하다. 비즈니스 솔루션 업체 등과 협력해 시스템 고도화와 업그레이드를 지속할 예정이다. 아직 머신러닝 기반 솔루션이 도입되지 않은 문서 보안 업체를 대상으로 적극 영업할 계획이다. 네트워크 침입방지 분야에서도 다크트레이스 등 외산 솔루션과 비교 벤치마크 테스트 제품 우수성을 홍보한다는 구상이다.
필로-AD를 클라우드 서비스화한 필로-SaaS도 출시를 준비한다. 오픈소스 기반 분산데이터 수집·처리 솔루션 `필로-B` 플랫폼을 적용해 솔루션 단가를 낮췄다.

Ellexi’s Anomaly pattern detecting solution ‘Philo-AD’ Ver.2.0 feature article
Ellexi introduced ‘Philo-AD’, a neural network Deep-Learning based anomaly pattern detecting solution. It is an integrated system combining a deep neural network and rule-based model. So far, the rule-based system has been applied for anomaly detection solution which took significant amount of time to create an appropriate application to carry out certain tasks.
Unlike existing anomaly detection system, a Deep-Learning based neural method has been applied at the front-end of Philo-AD solution, allowing system to create its own modeling without initial programming necessary to detect anomaly patterns in real time. Then, ‘HBKS (Hierarchical Behavioral Knowledge Space’ kicks in and store detected anomalies to identify its cause and create rule for such causes.
Fully automated learning system, which the learning is carried out after collecting a data set generated in real-time operating conditions. It generates a model that reflects the latest changes. Then the generated model reports the result via self-test algorithm. User generated data distribution is visually represented on dash board with learning data set. It monitors the progress and test results while providing anomaly pattern result analysis in a graph. The cause of anomaly is explained based on statistical analysis.
Since Philo-AD is not a specific system based solution, it can be customized for number of applications. For instances, solutions is applicable to Financial institutions for account monitoring and credit card fraud detection, to Network security solution providers for network intrusion monitoring, and to manufacturers introducing smart factory system.
