(주)엘렉시, 2018 제2차 정보보호 스타트업 해외진출(2018 2nd K-Sec Startup Global Initiative)참가
주식회사 엘렉시(이하 엘렉시, 대표 서장원 http://www.ellexi.com)는 지난 12월 3일부터 7일까지 2018 제2차 정보보호 스타트업 해외진출 (2018 2nd K-Sec Startup Global Initiative 2018)프로그램에 참가하였습니다.
이번 프로그램은 KISA(한국인터넷진흥원) 주관의 해외진출 맞춤형 보육 프로그램으로, 글로벌 성공 가능성이 높은 우수 정보보호 스타트업을 선발하여 체계적인 글로벌 지원 프로그램을 제공하며 원활한 해외진출 기반 마련 지원해주는 행사입니다.
지난 7월에 참여했던 1차 프로그램은 미국 뉴욕 스타트업에 대한 프로그램이었던데 반해 두 번째로 참여한 이번 프로그램은 실리콘밸리를 대상으로 한 프로그램입니다. 이번 프로그램을 통해 실리콘밸리 스타트업 생태계 교육, IP, 1:1 잠재투자고객 미팅 및 네트워킹 등에 대한 교육을 받았습니다.
또한, 美 현지 엑셀러레이터인 Plug and Play를 통해 Plug and Play Seoul Batch 0 Silicon Valley 세션 및 공개토론회에 참여하는 좋은 기회를 가졌고, 12월 4일부터 6일까지 3일간에 걸친 Plug and Play Winter Summit에 참가하여 기업 임원 및 VC 등을 상대로 피칭하는 시간을 가졌습니다. Plug and Play Winter Summit에는 Insurtech, Enterprise 2.0, Energy, Travel & Hospitality, Health, IoT, Mobility, Real Estate Tech 분야 총 158개 스타트업 참여하였으며 엘렉시의 기술력과 솔루션을 소개하는 자리를 가짐으로써 우리 회사는 체계적인 교육 및 프로그램을 통해 원활한 해외진출 기반 마련할 수 있었습니다.
2nd K-Sec Startup Global Initiative 2018 organized by KOTRA / KISA
Ellexi participated in 2018 2nd K-Sec Startup Global Initiative, from Dec. 3rd to 7th. This program is a KISA-sponsored customized incubation program for Start-ups seeking for overseas expansion. It provides a systematic global support by selecting Start-ups with high potential for global success. Last July’s program was held in New York, this time was in Silicon Valley.
Through this program, ellexi had a chance to understand more about Silicon Valley start-up ecosystem, information on IP, meet & networking with potential investors. Furthermore, we have participated the ‘Plug and Play Seoul Batch 0 Silicon Valley’ sessions for pitching and public debate session.
From Dec.4th to 6th, ellexi participated in ‘Plug and Play Winter Summit’ to pitch and promote AI solutions to corporate executives and VC’s. Total of 158 startups from various fields including Insurtech, Enterprise 2.0, Energy, Travel & Hospitality, Health, IoT, Mobility and Real Estate Tech participated this event. It was the best event for introducing ellexi's technology and solutions, we have been able to lay the foundations for overseas expansion through this program.
