넷크루즈와 양해각서(MOU) 체결
주식회사 엘렉시(이하 엘렉시, 대표 서장원 http://www.ellexi.com)는 지난 7월 1일, 넷크루즈와 기술 교류와 제품 개발 협력을 골자로 한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 밝혔습니다. 이번 MOU를 통해 양사는 인공지능 기반 통합보안관제 솔루션 기반 사업 추진을 위해 솔루션의 공동 개발 및 기술 지원, 대외 공동 마케팅 추진 및 영업 협력 등을 통해 사업 기회 발굴에 적극 협력하기로 하였습니다.
넷크루즈는 공공과 금융기관 450여곳을 고객사로 갖고 있는 IT인프라 관리 솔루션 전문 기업으로, IT자원의 성능과 장애를 관리하는 IT인프라관리, 사이버 보안 위협을 탐지하고 방어하는 위협관리, 사이버 증거보존과 기록 분석을 위한 정보관리 분야의 솔루션을 개발 및 공급하고 있습니다.
엘렉시는 2016년 3월 설립한 스타트업으로 인공지능, 임베디드 관련 소프트웨어, 솔루션 전문회사입니다. 엘렉시 서장원 대표는 “넷크루즈의 기술력과 자사의 인공지능 기술이 더해진다면 보다 좋은 시너지를 창출해 낼 수 있을 것” 이라며 “이번 협약을 통해 국내 뿐 아니라 해외 시장으로의 진출을 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것”이라고 말했습니다.

On July 1st, ellexi signed a MOU with netcruz to promote technology exchange and solution co-developments.
Ellexi and netcruz pledge to cooperation on promoting AI based integrated security monitoring system, seeking its business opportunities through joint overseas sales & marketing promotion as well as cooperation in solution development and technical support.
Netcruz is a specialized IT infrastructure management solution company, has over 450 clients from public and financial institutions. It is a developer and a supplier of system solutions for IT infrastructure management to control performance and failure of IT resources, Cyber threat management solution to detect / defend from security threats and Information management solution for preservation of cyber evidence and its analysis.
Ellexi is a start-up company established in March 2016, specialized in artificial intelligence, embedded software and solutions.
"We will be able to generate much more synergy when ellexi’s strong AI technology is grafted to netcruz’s solutions”, ellexi CEO Jangwon Suh said, “Through this agreement, we will be able to penetrate not only the domestic market, but the overseas market as well.”
